Return & Refund Terms
- Return Request:
- A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product(s).
- The product(s) should be unused.
- The original packaging must remain intact and returned along with the product(s).
- The original invoice must be returned with the product(s).
- Product(s) must be returned in a sellable condition.
Replacement or Return Policy
Certain products fall under a “Not Returnable” category, including:
- Adult Diapers
- Underpads
- Baby Diapers
- All Wipes
- Masks
- Medical Gloves
- Catheters
- Nebulizer Machine
- Blood Pressure Monitor
- Anti-Sore Mattress
These items will not be replaced unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Damaged External Packaging on Delivery
If the external packaging of the consignment is damaged or tampered with on delivery, we recommend not accepting the package. Kindly note the damage on the courier delivery sheet and raise a complaint with us immediately. We will work with the respective courier company to address the issue.
Once the damaged package is returned to our warehouse, we will dispatch a fresh product to you.
Product Received in Damaged Condition, Manufacturing Defect, or Wrong Product Delivered
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can return it within 7 days from the date of delivery by following these steps:

- Return the product unused, in its original condition with packaging, tags, and invoice.

- DO NOT return any product before receiving confirmation from our team. If the product is returned without confirmation, we do not guarantee any refund or replacement.

Upon receiving the returned product, our Quality Check team will inspect it. If the return is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed.
Refund Process
Refunds are available in the following cases:

Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel your order before the product is shipped, we will process a full refund.

Return of Products: Refunds will be processed if the return is accepted per the return policy.
Refund for Prepaid Orders:
- Credit Card Payments: Refund will be credited back to your card within 5 to 7 banking days.
- Debit Card/Net Banking: Refunds will be credited back to the bank account within 7 to 14 banking days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed to the bank account. You must provide your bank account details (account number, account holder name, bank name, branch, IFSC code) for refunds.
Refund Timelines:
- Credit Card: Refund within 5 to 7 banking days.
- Debit Card/Net Banking: Refund within 7 to 14 banking days.
- Cash On Delivery (COD): Refund within 7 to 14 banking days (through bank transfer).
Refunds for non-prepaid orders will be processed via Bank Transfer/NEFT.
Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be issued when:
- The return is accepted by the Quality Check Team after inspecting the product.
- The product is in unused, sellable condition and the return is in compliance with the return policy.
The decision of the AIHealths Pvt Ltd Quality Check Team will be final and binding. Refunds will only be issued in the form of a bank transfer. No cash/cheque/DD refunds will be made.
